(More customer reviews)I bought this to replace a food processor my wife used for years as a gift. We gave her old processor away. This FP2500S lasted 2 months and it is shot. The motor that drives the shaft which spins the blade just growls away and nothing spins. A pungent odor is released at the same time. My wife is totally upset as she relies on that processor to make her health shakes every morning. She wants her old processor back which is impossible. I will be out shopping tonight for a new processor and I assure you, we will never have a Black and Decker product in our home.
