(More customer reviews)Two words: ice bits. If the whole Hamilton Beach line uses this same blade design, I don't see how any of their blenders can handle ice. If the product didn't claim to be good for, oh, crushing ice, that might be ok. The travel cup is hard to use, and it's hard to get it off the blender and put together without making a bit of a mess until you've practiced.
