(More customer reviews)I didn't buy this blender through Amazon, but through a retail store.It works fine for me.I don't use ice in my smoothies so I can't address that problem.But making smoothies either in the travel cup or the main blender poses no problems with chunks left over.I use milk, protein powder and frozen fruit, usually berries, strawberries, and/or bananas. It has worked great for me and the travel cup is so convenient.I'm thinking about ordering another travel cup.
