(More customer reviews)I hate to be negative, but this product is useless. It's very slow--you could hand grate cheese much, much faster. Also, it does not work as a mini food processor/chopper at all, because of the way the cup is set up. Only as a not very efficient chopper. The description on the Amazon site is insufficient, as is the documentation that comes with the item. Do not waste your money. I had to give it one star to get my review accepted, but it doesn't deserve any.
