Easy to use and makes delicious milkshakes.Although a little more expensive than others, I have been pleased overall. One engineering problem I have with it is that you cannot remove the blender pipe (for lack of a better term - that which blends or mixes your shake or smoothie) to wash it. It would be helpful if it was removable for cleaning but that's minor.
