(More customer reviews)When my husband and I ordered the replacement rubber coupler for our Kitchenaid blender, I wanted to order the removal tool as well. He took the guy's advice in the other review and did not order it. After working on my blender for nearly half an hour attempting to remove the coupler according to the directions, he had a blister on his finger, had chisled little bits of metal off my blender base, was in a terrible mood, and he still couldn't remove it. I tried too, following the instructions closely, to no avail. We ordered the removal tool combo the next day and when it arrived, had the coupler off and replaced in less than a minute. The blender works perfectly once again. I wish I had ordered the removal tool in the first place.
