(More customer reviews)Read multiple reviews, and we decided to purchase the two pack.Product came in a very reasonable time.My wife installed the unit by first removing the old coupler with a screw driver, and it went pretty well until she slipped and stuck the screwdriver into her hand (please note that this did not surprise me, and she will love it that I posted this). Five minutes later and one bandaid, the old coupler was off, and the new coupler was installed.I would recommend this product, its better than buying a new blender.
