(More customer reviews)This mixer has no slow speeds.If all you want to do is beat egg whites and whipping cream, it's fine.But to mix wet and dry ingredients, you'll need another appliance.The slowest speed is so fast that stuff comes flying out of the bowl before it can be blended.
