(More customer reviews)I purchased this blender to use in making soap so, unfortunately, I can't use it in "regular" kitchen food preparation.That said, it works GREAT in my large batches of soap and hasn't let me down so far.It's so powerful, that I really can't imagine using it in my everyday cooking as it would pulverize everything (hey, maybe that's a good thing ... ). Anyway, if you're looking for a blender that can handle just about any job, this is the one.(That said, I have to tell you that I found this blender for about $100 less at a "business Costco".)
